This does its job, and Im satisfied with it. The video feed is in black and white most of the time, though, and I wish it had a link I could send to invite others to view. The app (and the camera) would benefit from a help section with more detailed instructions.

Two of my cameras requires this yyp2p App. Cameras are yoosee round puck on a stand ~$18USD, escam 2"x2" cube ~$40USD. Instructions to add cameras is simple enough for dummies like me. When done, a text label message a camera is on line or not. It was on most of the time. The App presents picture perfect images, and offers a list of useful settings youd normally need with IP cameras. Camera also came with client software that runs on a PC. Its administrative features that I love were heavily if not totally stripped off from the client app. Unfortunately Im up on iOS version 9.3.4 (13G35). When I access my cameras the yyp2p reports "network error" 99% of the time I cant see through my cameras. But I love it when it works. Please hold back your order to these camera until my next update that network error problem has been resolved.

This was super easy to setup! Whoever had the idea to have the QR scan in the settings is an absolute genius. Im not very good at setting things up so when I bought this I allotted about 3 hours for setup, it literally took me 5 mins.

Not working since the app update on nov 22,2016 Before that great product easy to setup and use Please fix the app!!!!!!!!!!

Since the new update it keeps telling me my password is wrong and now I cannot use the camera to check on my baby. Fix this asap!

Hey guys, after this last update i cant connect my cam, when I open the app after first login and touch to open cam appear a message saying that the password is wrong and even putting the correct password the message continue appearing

When i select the image on device list it refuses to switch to the camera view. Camera useless until this issue is fixed Update: do not upgrade if you cannot remember your password.

Everything worked well until I updated the app. Now all I get is an incorrect password pop up. Fix the app!

My phone randomly updates my app, so I was having trouble logging in and thought someone changed the password. found out it was from the update, please fix this!!!!

This was working okay until it updated today. I cant login or reset my password, so I cant check on my daughter with the video monitor! I hope this is resolved ASAP. Based on its performance, I dont think I would purchase this product/app again. ☹️

Keeps telling me incorrect password

Since new update I am unable to login it says password is wrong. Even after reseting password still wont let me login please fix asap

Cannot use camera since update. Keeps asking for password please fix!!

I tried to use my camera today but it told me to enter my password. I entered the correct password and it says password is incorrect. There is no customer support to fix.

The app and thus the Palermo camera no longer work since the recent update.

Update killed the app. DONT UPDATE. PASSWORD NOT ACCEPTED. Please bring back the old version until you can fix this!!!

I was having the same issues with the app update. I uninstalled and re-installed. Logged in again and finally it worked.

My app is not working to show my camera due to the update I assume. Very bad for business. I know my password but its still showing wrong. FIX IT!!!! Why do I have a camera I cant see. Fix it!!! And add a "forgot password" feature while your at it. Really??
