Weve had the camera for over five months now and all of the sudden we get an "incorrect password" message AFTER logging in.. Tried changing password and the message still comes up. Nothing has worked so far. Please fix or help me get around this.

Many of the same complaints. App freezes up and I have to constantly close it out and restart. Alert for motion rarely works, and when it does, it’s every 2 minutes where there is no movement. Half the time it shows a dummy picture instead of what it captured. The camera itself is so good, wish there was an app to match!

Needs an update to work over LTE service and not just WiFi. IPv6

As the windows version you should have a main page with all cameras live or by desire. Also how do I gain permission to camera setup? Overall it does the job, but could be a lot better. Keep it up, and hope you get an major update this year, it is needed.

I really like the app. The only downfalls I’ve ran into are the set up(not as easy as I thought), and the buttons. When the screen is displayed there are several buttons at the bottom. Two of those are “volume” and “arm/disarm”. They’re right next to each other. I have accidentally pressed the “arm/disarm” button and it made a loud noise on my daughters end and woke her up from nap. Not a great set up. Please consider switching controls around.

Just got camera a couple of days ago. Running it through wired. Can’t seem to get it to work on wireless. Didn’t receive any software w/ mine. How do I connect to computer?

How do I add my phone number after I already made an account using my email? When I go to My, then account information, then my phone, it doesn’t give me the option of changing the country. It is stuck on the country of China and doesn’t let me choose America. Is there a customer service or a manual online?

Still waiting for LTE support, without is pretty much worthless unless you stop to Starbucks to check the camera....

I really love the camera but the app needs work. The time dose not reset right and ends up going an hour forward everyday so you have to manually reset it every day or the time gets so far ahead. Also the alarms do not work all the time, sometimes they will go off and sometimes they won’t, so this camera might not be good for security. Other than that it works pretty well. I love that I can check in on the house when I’m at work or away on vacation.

Ive been using this app for about 4 months and was working pretty good with only a few network issues. However since last update Ive been unable to view cams on my iPhone running IOS 10.3. Find this annoying and needs to be addressed quickly.

This the best app for WIFI remote ip security camera. You can see inside your house by turing camera 360 around, up and down. You can and and program many sensors and motion detector around the house. You can remotely control all sensors and get notification about any unusual move in your house or business. You can have several camera in several places and each camera can have many sensors and motion detectors and you can monitor all events related to each camera separately. I have tried more the twenty different app for the same categories. This app YTP2P is the best. I recommend this app 100% for you.

Bought this on groupon. Camera app is unreliable. 4 sec lag time and picture quality is so-so. Spend the extra money on a quality product.
