I cant find a way to contact anyone, but the most recent update requires a password, and we there is no option for if you dont remember your password. HELP! We cant use our cameras ?
Please fix this issue. We all cannot login due to the new password issue. Please let us know that you are at least working on a fix. Thank you.
After updating the app, it stops working. Fix it!
I tried to connect this device wirelessly per the instructions that were sent with the device, it utterly failed there was no way to set up this device wirelessly.
Due to change into fiber wifi connection can't connect now error or devise offline how to fix it?
Constantly stops working and then I have to reinstall to get up and running again. We use this camera as a baby monitor, so this is extremely NOT COOL. Honestly it could be dangerous- our babys health and safety depends on being able to reliably see/hear him, especially at night when we are sleeping and would not know if the app shut down. Speaking of hearing… I hate, hate, HATE the fact that this app will not allow the audio to keep running when the app is closed. This is extraordinarily inconvenient and makes my phone unusable for anything else when Im using it as a monitor. Horrible app as is, pleeeeeease fix these issues!!! I would be willing to pay for a better one. Thank you.
Very satisfied with this application. Works well with Passeri & Company surveillance cameras.
Camera was working before the update...Does anyone know how to contact someone about this issue? When I deleted the app because it wouldnt let me reset my password, I scanned the QC, because the Smart link didnt work the first I tried to set up the camera. Now when I scan the QC it is asking for device id, device name and password and I dont know where to get this information
But I have to login every time, is not automatic.

The update at the end of January still hasnt been fixed. This is now two months. I am very upset. I keep trying to troubleshoot it but it doesnt work. The password found on the bottom of the camera keeps saying "incorrect" when I enter it.
Bought a camera, tried to set it up using this app. Cant register the app. Throws error "System is maintaining, try again later"
Do I need a smart phone to set this app up and access the camera? All I have is my Mac
Constantly is telling me that theres motion when there isnt! Its in my sons nursery, and it goes off when no one is even in there.
Mobile and email alerts do not work. Also, when trying to view recorded videos from a PC it states that you need to set a password on the IPC but there is no place to set that pw.
Does not connect with your phone provider LTE pretty much worthless if the only way to connect is by your home WIFI.....(network error 20102004)

Had to use this for our Home Valor baby monitor and it took numerous attempts to get it set up. After few months of use it now doesnt work. The "yousee" app is basically the same thing and just as bad.
Very upward 100% functionality tuff . Well rounded mic anda HD VIDEO. So easy to set up my dog Churros and cat tom can do. Thumbs up!!
